Lab 4 Living is an experimental research sector of Sheffield Hallam University, their focus is on how design can aid human experience.
The client required a re-design of their current logo. The approach was simple; aim to get as much of the essence of the company through the brand identity. This resulted in the above proposal for a widget like motif. These two jigsaw pieces represent the client and the company (in purple) being the missing piece. The coming together of these two make for a completed whole. This ident was made to work on a variety of media from print to screen and video, shown below as a multimedia intro for presentations and promotional videos.
