Shock Doctrine – Naomi Klein (Penguin Design Awards 2007)
The book The Shock Doctrine by Naomi Klein is her follow up book to No Logo and is deeply controversial and in a nutshell about the west taking over the rest of the world by financially benefitting from disasters. I chose to represent this by using currency marks from around the world as the characters of the title, I chose colours represent of control and oppression which add to the ability to characterize the books content through the type.
