Website Update – v1.0 (Abydos).

The server was reset on Wednesday 23rd July and CMS-TM was installed as version 1.0 (7th Gen)

Technically speaking this is the 7th edition of the website domain (tmjackson.co.uk) but due to changes from being a portfolio website to a business a more suitable domain name was required. (www.tmjackson.co.uk) will still be usable. 

New features in Abydos:

  • New domain name (www.thomasjacksondesign.co.uk)
  • Content Management System installed for first time
Expected features:
  • Integrated theme
  • Interaction with user (ie user commenting)
  • Integrated gallery (linked with Flickr and YouTube)
  • A vastly more efficient system which is now easily maintained.
